I’ve been asked many times how I managed to get through lossing my only child to suicide and it’s always a struggle to answer. Truth is I have no idea but there are things that helped and things that didn’t. That much I can share.

So this morning I wrote a page about grieving and how you can get through it if you take it slow, give yourself space, and surround yourself with people who are actually good for you.

Grief has stages but you don’t know that going in. Some days it feels like one big stage from hell but there are suggestions that might help you get back on your feet and rebuild a life for yourself.
