Protest for Rehtaeh

by Glen Canning

Anonymous held an operation Saturday in Halifax and it was a huge success. Again, I am very thankful to them for continuing the fight for justice in my daughter’s case. It was touching to see what they are doing and I was glad for the opportunity to meet some of them as well as many others who are standing up for justice.

After meeting at Province House the group headed to Pier 21 and made national headlines!

Mulcair meets with Rehtaeh Parsons protesters in Halifax after NDP general meeting

This is a quote from a Facebook post:

We crashed the NDP Annual General Meeting, we crashed the Nova Scotia PC gathering, we had a public meeting with Minister More, a private meeting with Thomas Mulcair…they saw us, they heard us, we wouldn’t let them ignore us!!!…and a smaller group has even been invited to a private meeting with Minister More in a month to discuss how things are going. BRAVO!!!

Someone also sent me a link to a photo taken Saturday in Trafalgar Square, U.K. It’s posted below.
