Computer Back

Finally have my main computer back up and running. Actually it's so much of a rebuild I might as well call it new. So, back in business.

Computer Crash

First time for everything. It started with my backup Western Digital 200GB hard drive making a God awful noise and then dying. I think it overheated for some reason. The next morning when I booted some bad sounds were coming from the box so I unplugged it and tried to sort out what was up. Pretty sure right now my motherboard died. The BIOS doesn't load even with everything unplugged. Probably should be getting a new machine made up anyway but that Western drive was only a year old.

Thankfully I have almost everything backed up on DVD's. Looks like I'll be using the trusty laptop for a week or so.
